Extensive hands-on strategic and operational business management at the senior executive level, as well as the provision of a variety of financial and consultancy services, across a wide range of industries and company sizes, in a global career spanning over 30 years.

Dean Boyce is currently based in Belize, but accepts suitable engagements in other countries.

RECENT NOTABLE EXPERIENCE:

During his tenure as Chairman / CEO of a telecommunications company employing over 500 persons, implemented a range of performance improvements over a two-year period that resulted in a 17% increase in revenue, a 67% increase in profits, with a resultant 15% ROCE;
As Trustee for a substantial Charitable Trust, Dean overcame onerous regulatory, legal and political challenges to achieve what is widely recognized to be an exceptional financial result for the Trust Beneficiaries;
Programme Management Responsibility for a technically complex project with a global spread, involving 70 group business units, at a US$300 million cost over a two-year period, fully completing all deliverables on time and to budget;

Bank appointed receiverships, including an exclusive high value private island resort with a total US$150 million capital investment, from which a number of practical solutions were developed, and the selected option successfully implemented;
Directed the development of the Finance Department for a Middle East national telecommunications company operating under challenging circumstances, growing at 25% p.a., with an asset base in excess of US$1bn, and servicing 1 million customer connections.
